Synopsis
Based on a visual novel of the same name by Rejet and Otomate, for the female market. Komori Yui is a positive-thinking girl who nevertheless is troubled by seeing spirits and experiencing poltergeist phenomena. In her second year in high school, she transfers to a new school — a night school for entertainers and celebrities — due to her father's work. There are rumours that vampires exist among the student body, and Yui ends up living with the six sadistic Sakamaki vampire brothers.

Episode 1
A girl finds herself in a house full of bloodthirsty vampires. Unable to escape and with traditional anti-vampire weapons being useless, she becomes lost within the labyrinth of hallways.
Episode 2
After being told to behave or face certain doom, Yui is coerced by Ayato to skip class, and she submits to his every whim.
Episode 3
Ayato has claimed Yui as his own and is furious to discover the bite marks of another. He confronts the culprit and a game of darts will decide who Yui belongs to in the end.
Episode 4
Yui, still intent on escaping the horrors of the mansion, learns a shocking truth from one of her oppressors.
Episode 5
More information is revealed to Yui about the brothers' past, even as she endures her life's blood being drained by two of them.
Episode 6
Yui continues to struggle adjusting to life with the vampire brethren. Subaru grants her desire to flee, but something is keeping her there.
Episode 7
A mysterious woman gives Yui a chance to look into the past, when Ayato and his brothers were young boys.
Episode 8
Yui seeks out Shu to ask him about the sudden chest pains she is experiencing, but instead she learns more about her later father.

Amid Yui's growing concern for her safety, the boys uncle appears, and shows her the reason she has stayed alive this long.
Episode 10
Cordelia and Richter are reunited once again. Ayato demands to know what has happened to Yui.
Episode 11
A fight breaks out between the boys and Richter, and while Ayato proclaims Yui to be his, Richter brandishes a knife.
Episode 12
The struggle between Yui and Cordelia for control over the body comes to a head. The boys hatch a plan to get rid of Cordelia for good.

Episode 1
After the Sakamaki brothers along with Yui recently experienced a car accident, the cause of it was four new vampires that where non-pure bloods who want Yui for her blood
Episode 2
Yui Komori wakes up to realize she's in Mukami's mansion. She was taken by the brothers and is told she is to live there with them. The Mukami brothers need Yui for their "plan" and call her "Eve.
Episode 3
After getting her blood sucked by Ruki Mukami, Yui Komori wakes up in her own room the next day. She enters the living room where the 4 Mukami brothers are enjoying dinner together. They leave for school telling Yui to stay with Azusa.
Episode 4
Yuma takes Yui to a garden where he grows vegetables. Yui asks his purpose for growing them if vampires don't need to eat food like humans. he begins to talk about his and the Mukami brothers' past
Episode 5
Kou gives Yui roses as a gift. Yui is confused when Kou demands something in return and suddenly changes Kou feeds on her, Kou later returns asks Yui to help him Yui goes to his room and discovers multiple scars on Kou's
Episode 6
Ruki suddenly allows Yui Komori to attend school. she reunites with Kanato, Laito, and Reiji but they disappear without a conversation. Walking alone, Yui is grabbed by Subaru and is dragged to the rooftop. Kou appears there as well
Episode 7
Ruki starts feeling impatient when Kou and Azusa they confirm they don't have any signs of the awakening. Yui trips on the school stairs due to lack of blood, but is saved by Yuma. On their way to the nurse's office, they run into Shu
Episode 8
Ruki has been secluded in his room lately and his brothers have noticed his change in behavior. Ruki suddenly appears and takes Yuito the basement room. There, Ruki feeds on her blood and Yui blacks out.
Episode 9
Yui wakes up in her room in the Sakamaki mansion where Laito feeds on her but Reiji interferes and tells Yui to come to the living room. In the living room, Reiji asks about the Mukami brothers and Yui tells him all she knows
Episode 10
Yui resists while Shu takes her blood and this makes him crave it even more. Kou, Yuma, and Azusa are baffled about Ruki allowing Ayato to take Yui. As they try to question Ruki on his intentions, a pack of wolves invade their mansion.
Episode 11
Yui returns to Mukami's mansion along with Azusa. There, she finds a badly injured Ruki lying on the bed. He's been injured to save Azusa. Kou, Yuma, and Azusa explain to Yui the reason Ruki has been acting strange lately.
Episode 12
After the Mukami brothers were attacked by wolves, the Sakamaki brothers are attacked as well. They fight off the wolves. The Sakamaki brothers reach a conclusion that the Founders are behind the attacks and they're after Yui Komori.
