Peru
Joel and Nish start in South America working with porters, scaling the Andes whilst carrying equipment for tourist travellers. The pair take on one of their weirdest and toughest challenges as they attempt the 'Danza de tijeras' - scissor dancing. Safe to say it's going to be a rocky start!
Japan (Kodō)
Joel and Nish are in Japan learning the ways of the Kodō, a taiko drumming troupe based on Sado Island. But it won't be all song and dance as the pair will be pushed to their physical and mental limits, training with some of the toughest and most ruthless musicians in the world.
Argentina
Joel and Nish spend a week in the tough, no-nonsense world of the Argentinian Gauchos, learning how to horse ride and herd cattle across the South American Pampas.
Tahiti
Comedians Joel Dommett and Nish Kumar go up against the rock lifters of Tahiti in a strongman competition, where the events include a fruit race and a dance off.
Japan (Sumo)
Joel and Nish travel to Tokyo to meet Japan's professional sumo wrestlers before heading to the remote Oki Islands to take part in a tournament in the birthplace of Sumo.
New Zealand
