Sinopsis
La historia tiene lugar en un mundo donde no existe la “música”. Los humanos le temen a unas formas de vida misteriosas conocidas como Miminashi (literalmente, sin orejas), y las únicas personas que pueden enfrentarse a estos seres son los “Prayers”, que pueden conectarse y pilotar un mecha. Ekowo, un chico que vive en Liverchester, una ciudad pobre, fue testigo hace una década de la gran batalla de Fes, y del combate del “Prayer” Jimi contra los Miminashi. Desde entonces, los ha admirado. Un día, Ekowo, está buscando en la basura, como de costumbre, cuando se encuentra con Myū, una misteriosa chica sin recuerdos, que tiene un conector de entrada de audio vacío en su cuerpo. Ella también es una “Prayer”. En poco tiempo ambos se embarcan en un viaje para descubrir sus orígenes, y a Jimi, el pilar enigmático de Fes. Cuando Myū está conectada a un amplificador, se pone en marcha algo que cambiará el mundo… “Así comienza un viaje de sonido que nunca será olvidado”.

The trail to solve the mystery of Jimi Stonefree leads Echo and Mu to a glittering purple city ruled by Denka.
Goodbye Blue Sky
Echo and Mu follow Jimi's trail to Gnome Country, where they discover the fate of the people who were betrayed by the rest of the world.
Day of Rage: Problems
After running away from the Freak Scene Academy, Nir arrives in Londinium to find a bleak city with two angry youths eager to show up the government's handling of the Earless.
Real Me
Echo and Mu continue their journey to find Jimi and end up in Londinium. In Londinium, Mu is asked to participate in their plans for Christmas, which is one week away.
Freedom
With Mu's awakening, Tommy has big plans to do the Freedom Project right this time. In the meantime, Echo runs into Nir on the streets of Londinium.
Cross Road Blues
Echo finds himself in the strangely tranquil town of Clarksdale, where he learns a little more about Jimi and a little more about himself.

With the appearance of Listeners, King of the Earless, the Earless have grown ever more destructive. Roz, Denka, Kevin, and Bilin must each decide how they want to face this crisis.
