Everyone's favorite obsessive-compulsive house flipper, Jeff Lewis is back. Jeff and his business partner Ryan have taken on a historic restoration project to cope with the changing real estate market. The "flip-outs" begin when Jeff's new boss gives him a taste of his own medicine and accuses him of not working hard enough.

Jeff is under a lot of pressure to sell his Ben Lomond home, but with the market on the decline, things are not looking good. Jeff can't afford any more mistakes and when he gets the wrong shade of drapes he has a meltdown. But despite all the drama, Jeff always makes time for his staff. He commissions an original abstract portrait for Zoila as a special birthday gift, but not being an art connoisseur, the gift doesn't go over well.

Jeff and Ryan are partners but couldn't be more different. They each have their own approach, not only on design, but also on how to manage the staff. Usually the two end up on the same page, but when Jeff notices work around his house isn't getting done, he grows more and more suspicious of his assistants. Ryan desperately tries to talk some sense into him -- but this is one battle where Jeff just won't back down.

With growing suspicions about his staff, Jeff installs a hidden camera in his office and begins the sting operation to find out what is going on when he is not there. The camera actually reveals some interesting information about the staff and Jeff is forced to take action.

With Valley Oak taking so long to sell Jeff has reluctantly decided to go back to the historic restoration project.

Jeff does a lot of yelling, first the painter gets everything wrong, then Jenny sends in the wrong invoice, and lastly newcomer Chris forgets a staple in Jeff's Mexican meal - can anything be done right in Jeff's eyes?

Season 2 finale. Jeff finally catches a break - or so he thinks. He sells his Commonwealth home with plans to move into Valley Oak, the only problem is that Ryan already has plans to sell the home.

Vanina continues to report to work after her breakdown; Jeff has an opportunity to buy another house, which means more change is on the horizon; Jenni has good news, then an illness threatens her health and her hope for a growing family.

As the baby's due date approaches, Jeff and his team rush to make final preparations; worried about missing the birth, Jeff and Gage head to northern California to wait for the call; after nine months of pregnancy, they finally meet their daughter.

Jeff and Gage bring baby Monroe home and officially step into parenthood. After a three-month hiatus, major changes have taken place at the JLD office. Vanina is gone and they've seen a revolving door of nannies. The office assistant has also left, but not before writing a detailed criticism of his first 90 days at the office. Gage struggles to keep up with work while continuously checking on the baby. Jeff starts to get frustrated with his lack of focus, driving an even-deeper wedge between them.

Jeff refuses to let his newborn baby slow him down; he plans to move into his New Hollywood project to make room for the end of construction at Vista Valley; Gage lags behind, leaving Jeff to wonder if the tension between them will ever subside.

Moving day proves difficult for Jeff and Gage, as they have to work around Monroe's nap and feeding schedules; following the tumultuous move, the trio is finally able to settle into a routine; a client introduces Jeff to socialite Jackie Siegel.

Monroe's new nanny seems to be a great fit; the JLD team heads to Florida to tour socialite Jackie Siegel's Versailles mansion, which is the largest and most expensive house in the United States and represents a job opportunity for Jeff.

Back from Orlando, Fla., Jeff prepares his father's condominium for the market, schedules more demolition at Valley Vista and goes house hunting with one of his favorite clients, Jeanne Shaw; then, the childcare situation takes a turn for the worse.

In the wake of Gema's firing, Jeff receives a text full of shocking accusations. Drama ensues between the remaining housekeepers and it becomes too much for Zoila. Without a nanny, Jeff and Gage juggle work and home life as they push to secure a luxurious consulting project. And when Jeff and Zoila meet to discuss the future of their relationship, their conversation takes the most unexpected turn yet.

Jeff and Gage face numerous challenges, caring for a newborn, moving into a new home and pushing the business into different directions, but Monroe's baptism is an opportunity to celebrate their blessings.
