After Mi Young gently rejected his marriage proposal, Daniel declares his intention to pursue her. Mi Young remains hostile towards Gun despite finally accepting his company's offer to help design their next product line promotion.

As Mi Young continues to work day and night for her project, Gun keeps her company while his conversations with her as the female buyer of her most cherished painting comfort and inspire her.

While returning the painting to Mi Young, Gun reveals that he is the buyer whom she has been texting. He is determined to stay out of her life as Mi Young decides to leave Korea ahead of schedule.

After finding out Gun's reason for pushing her away and his feelings for her, Mi Young bursts into his press conference to declare her love for him. Gun is overjoyed to spend time with Mi Young as he takes a three-month vacation.

Mi Young and Gun are determined to convince Mi Young's mother to give her blessing for their marriage. Se Ra suspects that she was adopted after seeing herself in Daniel's childhood picture of his sister and himself.

Gun and Mi Young marry with their families' blessing and head to Jeju Island for their honeymoon. Se Ra deals with the fact that she was adopted and that she has a brother in Daniel.
