Rival executor and magic law tycoon Goryo wants Muhyo's bureau and challenges him to a match. The showdown takes place at some haunted apartments.

Ebisu initiates the ecto-magnetic vacuum and Goryo prepares to finish the ghosts off. Meanwhile, Muhyo asks Roji and Nana to hold another divination.

When Muhyo puts him on leave, a devastated Roji must go train at the Magic Law Academy. On the way there, he tells Reiko about how he first met Muhyo.
