Zusammenfassung

Cross Game erzählt von Koh Kitamura und den vier Schwestern Ichiyo, Wakaba, Aoba und Momiji. Die Familie Tsukishima betreibt ein Baseball-Center mit eigenem Café und Kohs Vater ist wiederum Besitzer des benachbarten Sportladens. Die zweitälteste Tochter Wakaba und Koh wurden am gleichen Tag im selben Krankenhaus geboren und sind seit jenem Zeitpunkt eng miteinander befreundet. So eng, dass Wakaba Koh als ihren festen Freund betrachtet, auch wenn dies unter ihnen nie offiziell zur Sprache kam. Aoba, die ein Jahr jüngere Schwester von Wakaba, sieht es überhaupt nicht gerne, wie Koh sämtliche Aufmerksamkeit ihrer Schwester genießt und betont deswegen des Öfteren, wie sehr sie ihn hasst.
