Synopsis
When a Hong Kong inspector is summoned to Los Angeles to investigate a kidnapping, the FBI assigns a cocky LAPD cop to distract him from the case. A Hong Kong supercop and an LAPD hothead find a common interest while on a kidnapping case: kicking bad-guy butt.
