Synopsis
Vincent's newly widowed father puts him in an institution rather than deal with his son's Tourette's Syndrome. To fulfill his mother's wish to scatter her ashes in the sea, Vincent and two fellow patients break out and steal a doctor's car. Say what you gotta say, he said it first -- even if it was involuntary. Now Vincent's gonna do what he's gotta do.
