Yûichi Abe

Biography

Yuichi Abe (アベ ユーイチ, Abe Yūichi, February 6, 1964) is a Japanese film director, anime director and screenwriter. He was born in Sakata City, Yamagata Prefecture. He was formerly known by his real name Yuichi Abe (阿部 雄一, Abe Yūichi) until 2004, when he changed his writing to アベ ユーイチ. He is mainly a live action and anime director. Not to be confused with drama director of the same name Yûichi Abe (阿部 雄一)
