The Plot of Dog Pound

Butch, Davis, and Angel are teenage boys who find themselves sentenced to Enola Vale juvenile detention center in Montana. The facility is run by a team of correctional officers, including Sands, who is responsible for their initial intake, and Goodyear, a tough but fair officer who encourages the boys to follow the rules and earn their way to a better life on the outside.

But the boys soon find themselves facing violence and abuse at the hands of the facility's chief bully, Banks, and his cronies Eckersley and Loony. When Butch refuses to reveal the names of his attackers, he is sent to solitary confinement. Upon his release, he takes revenge on Banks and establishes himself as a force to be reckoned with among the other inmates.

As tensions rise and violence escalates, tragedy strikes when Angel is killed during a physical altercation with Goodyear, and Davis falls victim to sexual assault and ultimately takes his own life. The deaths of these two boys lead to a prison riot, with Butch at the center of the chaos. As the situation spirals out of control, the boys are forced to confront the harsh realities of their lives and the consequences of their actions.
