Six young people find themselves battling goblins in the middle of a forest in the world of Grimgar, without knowing how or why they arrived there.

Manato and Haruhiro run into each other outside their quarters and grow closer after speaking. Haruhiro’s party challenges another goblin.

Yume and Shihoru are angry at Ranta for trying to peek into the bath. The awkward mood carries over to the next day, when the party sets out to hunt.

The party has new equipment and skills and has decided on roles for battle. All is going well and the party is stronger -- but are they strong enough?

The team is distraught after losing one of their own. Overwhelmed with sorrow, they go to a tavern Manato used to visit, where they run into Kikkawa.

The team tries to warm to their new member Mary, but she won’t have it. Later, they hit a tavern, where Mary is approached by someone she knows.

After Haruhiro and crew hear about Mary’s tragic past from her former comrade Hayashi, they try to find a way to welcome her as one of their own.

The team decides to challenge the goblins’ fortress. Fully equipped, with Mary on board and the party solidly united, they head to the fight.

Exhausted after spending days fighting the goblins, the party rests at a tavern where they hear information about some unusual happenings.

Haruhiro and the team have made the Siren Caves their new hunting ground. Haruhiro, as a leader, finds himself disturbed by Ranta’s rough attitude.

The team runs into a giant Kobold in the Siren Caves. The bizarre presence that it emits proves that it is Death Spots who killed Mary’s friends.

To allow his friends to escape from Death Spots, Ranta stays behind in the Siren Caves. After the party regroups, they go to search for him.
